YOU WIll be fine. There are speed up and slow down sprockets available. Hey , the big old red ones of a couple of brands went decades without one.

If you are purchasing a head, you want to go black instead of orange. 2 reasons, blacks are sped up faster and also have better or lower angle tins above the strippers, (fewer cobs will bounce out). I never have had to speed up a black header. Also on my M2, there is a belt tensioner on the header drive belt, run it up a few inches and it spreads the big pully on the header drive shaft making the interal diameter smaller which turns it faster, I never have had to do this either. you should be fine. Good luck

There are sprokets available for the diving shaft on the combine and several on the driven shafts on black corn heads; some have sprokets for both F and M series (A430). Make sure you have the right combination for your combine and header; you should be able to vary the speed up or down a little by changing sprokets to suit your conditions.I've an F2 with an A430, runs great in a wide variety of corn.
