remove the sheetmetal that holds the ear savers. _ one can build a 'wedge kit' to deslope the head about 5 degrees but the shaft line up holes may have to be slotted. The AC _ Gleaner corn reel worked fine. We may have one next week used. $600. Takes only an hour or two to install. Internet shows Meeter as a supplier for new ones.

We are going to get back in the field this afternoon. We'll see then just how bad the corn is down, and if we need to consider a reel. Where would the reel be if we decided to try itIJ Could this reel be instlled on a 438 black head that is on an F2IJ Thank you!! Eddy
