Combines corn in fan

There is a shield right below the rock door on the rotor. Check to make sure this is on,not missing, or bent. We had a bend in ours last year in corn, and straw corn got in the cleaning fan and plugged up the sieve and chaffer.

yes, especially if you see corn in the fan choke area - if not that check fan speed, clean grain conveyor condition and elevator chain paddles. IF the shoe fills up it will spill over in the duct. low air from choke too closed due to trash, fan belt slipping, low eng rpm or other the slippage will cause this as well as bad front shoe seals. Just like a l2,M2 etc
