on an IH we install a couple cover plates under the front concave if threshing is difficult, if not we only close the concave spacing and increase the rotor speed. it isn't as complicated as the parts men try to make us believe. in fact, that is the main reason for us owning a rotor machine, it is so forgiving to adjust.
