I would be prepared to run 4 cover plates (front two concaves completely covered). You might only need to run 2 if the crops thresh real easy, but that would probably be the minimum. Are you going to run keystock gratesIJ If so, overloading the shoe may be a real problem unless you have very even air flow. I would consider the fan deflector. It will really help you out in wheat (keeps the MOG suspended over the full length of the shoe). You'll be getting a lot of trash through the concaves and grates, so keeping it suspended is critical.
