Several updates for the chopper spread. Installing the rubber infeed roll at the chopper. Moving the chaff spreader back about 3" to get a better spread and help prevent chaff from being thrown back forward.

I was under the impression that 2004 model CR's with the deluxe chopper option didn't have a chaff spreader, in fact all spreading is done through the chopper even if you are windrowing your straw. I could be wrong, correct me if I am.

Not sure about that. I misunderstood the original post. I thought he was asking about updates for the 2002 and 2003 built models before the 2004 season. I have never heard of them doing away with the chaff spreader though. I can't see how they could. The delux chopper still cannot take in the discharge of the chaffer.
