Ilnh,no i had no problems with the combine, few minor oil leaks on header that was all..just couplings....as far as working on it i would say it it is easier then the tr,s it is all more open..specially buy the roter gear boxes..don_t have to get into grain tank to work on them...as far as weight it is not a problem..casue i don_t haul it around....and on the field we had dry conditions so it was not a problem ...not sure in a wet year yet....if the weight will play a big roll....hope this answers some of your questions...have a good one........nel

Hi Nel: Yes, the CR 970 is one impressive machine with one heck of an appitite. You can see video of both the CR 970 and the CR 960 in last years harvest here in thr North east of our province of Saskatchewan,Canada. We ran in a variety of crops like Conola,Wheat,Canarry Seed, Flax, Oats,Barley...and all demos were very much liked and left a good impression. You have to remember to compare apples to apples when comparing features...like the TWIN ROTOR....This CR Combine is a machine that will turn headas in the future and the sooner one realizes it and even sees it for ones self the sooner you can have one sitting in your yard to gobble up your fall harvest trouble free. I inviter you and all viewers to come to our web site to see the CR in action. Feel free to give our sales staff a call @ (306) 873-4588 to talk further in depth about this great machine. The color "YEllOW" is a force to be respected. Enjoy your fall harvest and keep in touch with just how many bushels a day as well as bushels _hour your CR 970 gives you....we would like to see that if you have time to post it during harvest. Till then...have a safe harvest. Our web site to view the CR in action: { www.johnbob.ca } go to the CR link on the left side of the page....see pic's as well as video.....enjoy! f19nh.
