Combines cracked wheel

check with Unverferth Mfg or a dealer for them. Maybe other wheel mfg as well, they have or can build reinforcement centers that bolt on and then can be welded in. I would V and reweld your crack before adding the ring. Otherwise your wheel will continue to fail and be a safety factor.

I had a bead crack on my R60 last year, was like that when I bought it. It had been repaired, but started to run when harvest started. A new one from Agco was just over $800 (small final drive). The new one is much beefier in the center section, and has a different configuration where the center disc is welded to the outer rim, again looking much stronger. Just my 2 cents... Tom

bought that N7 last fall they have a 6 parting out i admit that that is an option but my machine has the 24.5IJx32 and that N6 has 30.5's but the neighbor has a green rotor w_wheel problems and a local welding shop welded a second center section over the bolt pattern and a few surrounding inches for a hundred bucks they say they've fixed dozens of the green machine rims with no problems was looking for input from anyone with similar experience if it gets wet again this year i might add that factory option...... dual 30.5x32s thanks august wieser rosholt, sd
