Have you removed both channels off front and rear doorIJ Clearance usually doesn't crack it is speed. Too wide a clearance can cause bunching and uneven feeding and excessive hp consumption. Do the STOP test. As you are going through the field stop the sep. as quick as possible. Too determine crackage in white corn have actually killed engine -- gulp--- to look to see where crackage is occuring. If you check lower raddle and find uncracked beans then start back to find where crackage is happening. Clean grain augers and elevators with too little clearance and loose chains will do it.
