We run out cts in corn and it does a good job. you can slow cylinder down slower in most cases. you will need to put in some spacers between tines and grates so it won't grind cobes and a different pully in back. Dealer may wont to sell you a corn kit which has what i just discribed above and some other things but those two items are all you need.

WHY WOUlD YOU WANT TO RUN A CTS IN CORN WHEN EVEN THE FACTORY RECC_ClAIMS IT'S A RICE MACHINE... IT'S DARN GOOD IN WHAT IT WAS DESIGNED FOR- WHICH IS NOT CORN OR BEANS. IF YOU WANT A ROTOR--GREEN THAT IS-- BE PATIENT!

There is a kit available fro running the CTS II in corn. Don't know for sure about a straight CTS. The kit also carries a hefty price tag. May depend on how much you have to do. Probably see your dealer. The kit is available thru "whole good" , not parts.

Most definitely will need the corn kit for your CTS in corn. If not, you will not be able to run decent ground speeds and mantain low separator losses. The kit includes a slow down kit for the tine module, 10 degree separator vanes, and a different separator grate.
