Are you sure it's the T_S that's the problemIJ I pressume you have taken all the rear concave inserts out and removed front de-awning plates (if fitted)IJ Have you tried just fitting the 25mm spacers into the T_S grate covers. These are part of the "corn kit" but can be made up very easily by cutting legths of RHS or pipe into 25mm pieces. You'll need to purchase longer bolts as well.

Not sure what concave wire spacing you have but we have had good results removing every other wire (not a bad a job as it sounds) Also make sure you dont have too many returns dont be afraid to open that precleaner.
