Combines CTS with the hiccups

From what I remember of my first CTS, E39 is for high air temperature in the intake manifold. I think it was set at 95 degrees and it was updated to 115 or 120 degrees - problem gone.

Thanks for your input Rod. Code 44E appeared as well, I think my injection pump is gone. At mid range throttle the engine hunting badly blowing little puffs of black smoke. There seems to be alot of mechanical noise emmitting from the pump as well. I am alittle surprised with only 2500 engine hrs. Anyway it was a nervous finish to harvest with only a couple hrs harvesting remaining and rain headed our direction on the weather radar.
