Try this - measure the end of the shaft, O.D. and any shoulder dimensions. If you have a ridge on the end of the shaft grind it off flush with the worn area. Hopefully your worn area is quite even. Have a machine shop fabricate a sleeve slightly tighter than the measurements to replace the worn area, attempting to use the end of the shaft as a pilot. Drive the sleeve on and finish with a file. Use loctite quickmetal or retaining compound on both sleeve and bearing when you reassemble. Could you possibly use a wide inner race bearing for more supportIJ Good luck!

Your machine is much bigger and worth more than our old 410, but we fixed ours in the machine by using a wire welder and a good die grinder with a good cutting tool, not a grinding stone. We disconnected the beater on opposite side so we could slowly rotate shaft while welding a build up weld. If you can support the shaft by a V holding cradle under the shaft your in business. Borrow one from a machine shop or buy one from local tool store, we just made ours. Then we clamped a die grinder in a adjustable holding table. Machine shops uses these to hold parts in milling machines, that is where I got the idea. Or you could make a bracket that holds the die grinder steady, chain vise grip to bracket and slowly turn shaft and adjust grinder to shaft and grind until new bearing will drive on. We did this about 10 or 15 years ago on our 410 and is still going. It is amazing how close you can get with this simple setup. Only problem we had was we about burnt up machine, have water hose available.
