have also installed the pvc on our 320 flex header,it has greatly improved feeding,crop material is flowing smoothlyinto machine,don't think it is a feeding problem.

Hi Kris As you suspected in an earlier post, you need to Hyperize your R6. Unfortunately, that wont help for this season. About all you can do is try different cylinder and concave settings and hope you can find a combination that is somewhat satisfactory. Thats the approach I took before the guys on this board steered me in the right direction. You wont believe it is the same machine after you modify it. Good luck Tom in MN

Thanks Tom,I have everything printed off,on paper,the rotor is on the floor as I type,ran one of those indiana pebbles in and bent a bar-oops @n%^and$and*(* oh well,that happens around this area. Kris

If you are in a big rush to get back to the field, you might try replacing the reverse bars with all forward bars to improve crop flow. Then do the other mods when time permits. Tom in MN

yeah did it via my local service man,1 question about double stacking helicals can you use old helicals or do you need to use dummy bars from agco. TIA

I used old helicals ($5-10 ea) for stacking with good or new ones on top. I had to hone out the holes on the bottom ones to get them to fit. If you have a overfeed auger you will have to remove it to get at some of the bolts.

Wow,what can I say double stacked the helicals,switched out reverse sep. bars,and must say what a difference it isn't even the same machine,can't wait to finish the hyper updates this winter.this will be one mean green machine eater,ran with 9600 deere this evening was strokin' him across the field since the changes in 50+ bu. beans w_green stems.
