Wishful thinking. 1. Youknow as well as I know combines will go down. 2. We used to go to neighbors that wouldn't talk or give the right answers then to dealers. 3. looks like we're going to WAR, I wish these protesting kidS would hold up signs asking THE SHOE MAKER "SADDAM" TO "DIS ARM" instead of bashing our system. Well folks it looks like you only get 1 out of 3 right, were shooting 33%, better than some.

Whats said its most of those kids get paid by someone like a peace movement group to stand out there and make xxx's of themselves and later on in life they will be on some talk show begging for our forgiveness cause they just didnt understand. If they really wanted to make a good change they should go live in Iraq and try to protest SADDAM's unforgiveable sins against humanity and see how far they get. Saddam would say OFF WITH THEIR HEADS!! The great thing we have in america is the freedom of expression, although we might not like it at times, we fight for it and I guess we have to put up with the protesters along with the freedoms we enjoy

Bitter Irony as the world watches and waits for American might to decide the fate of Brutal Dictator. The anti war proponents would do well to remember that anti American sentiment also prevailed when the world hoped for US troops to hear the call to arms and were called "dough boys", "slow to rise" before both world wars! That being said, I still don't like the thought of some family burying their son on Saddams' account. When the chips are down, I hope Canada, like Britian, does the right thing. What we have left of our Canadian military has been sent, in spite of the oral rhetoric.

All I can say is Thank You oddy for any help in this matter that you can offer. We live in a modern age when ppl should not have to live under such an oppressive ruler as Saddam, I wonder what someone such as SADDAM will have to say for himself when he meets the maker at the pearlly gates, if I were him I would tremble daily for his sins against humanity. PEACE WITH YOU AND All

The sad thing is that Bush and Blair talk none stop about "weapons of mass distruction", and the first "weapon of mass distruction" will be launched by the US and Britian. Sad.

Hey Nate, what's really sad is who's had 12 years to show that their worthy as a civil communityIJ Watch the real news if possible. Back and respect the President and our allies and what we stand for, "freedom", which they have none or take a hike. I have a nephew in Saudi right now, don't really want him there, but it's a fact. The shoe maker in iraq has to be stopped, one way or another. Can you live with another 9-11IJ Most don't want another. When iI hear of 500 protesters out of a student body of 25,000,big deal. Mommy and daddy probably had to wire money for the poster paper signs, real responsible.

I'm not from the US but this is an American problem not a world problem. Take Britian in it for all I care. Blair ain't getting back in next election, he knows that. look what Osama said about seeking revenge on the countries that help the US. I don't want Canada to be attacked for helping out in an American problem. The US keeps getting attacked and Bush wants everyone to believe it's a world problemIJ Our gas is gunna go up because of this stupid war. Those protesters over in Iraq are pointless, you think Bush will think twice about bombing a building that protesters are standing aroundIJ Then who will be in trouble when the pictures hit the tv. Bush needs to think long term. This isn't just my point of view, it's most of Canadas and alot of the world. Take care.

You do not speak for most of Canada, only the oral majority. Everyone is no doubt tired of Bush having to threaten Iraq with "dire" consequences for their failure to disarm. Iraq has been the root cause for three wars in the Gulf in my Adult life and odds would dictate he'll start another seeing as I'm only 40. All I can say is the US did one hell of a job getting libya and Kadaffi to tow the line on terrorism 20 years ago when they bombed his palace while he was camped in the back yard. I seem to remember one of his kids was killed. THat was too bad, but Mr Kadaffi realized that the world is a pretty darn small place and we all have to live on, better in peace. The US doesn't start too many wars, but I for one am glad they usually end them. You better think about that when you lay your head down to go to sleep at night, we couldn't ask for a better neighbour. let's give them the benefit of the doubt at least, unless you think Saddam is trustworthy. Now France backing away from a fight, that somehow doesn't surprise me.

HEY NATE Q. Were the phillippines and italy bombed and who took creditIJ A. OSAMA'S little faction. Wake up and smell the tundra. This is not only a US problem but your's also. Blair's the only one in europe that's got the balls enough to speak up to the rest. Thought your comeback was a little loose like runny wall paper paste, hits the floor fast and feels like manure between the toes. In my earlier post I was going to write you ought to take a hike to oh canada, my hunch was right your already there. Oh by the way what's wrong with canada that they cannot see the light of day on this situationIJ I know where your coming from. Stay there and let somebody else that's not afraid to fight yours and the worlds battles. Is that why the brits left europeIJ Maybe all you can get in the north for news is CNN, "Cynics Nonews Nonsense". The human shields that left I-quack ought to be tried for treason in alot of our minds. Those are saddam supporters. Watch the war unfold cause you will reap some benifits and stay on the other side of the boarder, I'll feel safer. canada-mono thinkers, canada-mono thinkers, now I got it. Just kidding, I'm sure they all don't think the same as you Nate. Or you Nate would have seem to want us to think it. The US has done more than you know to liberate other countries. look at your history books.

There not a bad neighbour, there going after our dairy system and the canadian wheat board(not a fan of the Canadian wheat board myself and our dairy system is the only thing stopping us from having a dairy system like yours) but there also classifing all Canadians as terrorists. We crossed into the US via sarnia to try to get beer duty free, it's like steping into another demention. We were treated bad. That person you talk about 20 years ago, i'm only 19 and don't have a clue who those guys are. All I learned from history is that the US didn't go into the world wars till it effected the US. Same with Osama and saddam. And veitnam, from what I learn you never should have gone. When 2 countries fright, let them be. The reason I don't know much about history is because we were never tought anything about our history, only yours. Even our Canadian history was filled with half Canadian and half American history. CNN, ya we get it, watch it alot. One 14 yr old boy stepped up during talk back live and said that it was the american publics fault for the 9-11 attack. Could the next american generation be changingIJ The only reason Canada hasn't commited to anything with saddam is because our priminister cares more about his public image then what's best for Canada. More people are against the war so that's the route he's going. Will be fun to see what happens on march 17. Take care
