I saw one on a dealers lot in north cent. Mo when it was new. I believe it was an R-60 and boy was it ugly. I don't know where it went from there but I'm glad they didn't paint them all that awful light green.

Yes, I seen one of those ugly beasts from a distance at the Gleaner factory in Independence, MO. They had it sitting on a lot about a block and a half away from where we were. Caused great concern among the guys in our tour group, but we were quickly shuffled inside!

Didn't see one. We painted the green stripe orange on most of our machines. Sure would of hated to paint the whole machine.

I toured the Gleaner plant in 1988 while I was attending the National FFA Convention. I saw one from a distance and boy did it stand out. I didn't like the looks of it at all.
