on the dial-a-matic card in the l.H side of combine check pins 6 and 4 for 12 volts if not okay then dial-a-matic board is bad

Neal,before you spend a bunch of money for parts check the wires that go from the place you plug in the head to the control box on the right hand side. They go up under the channel where you attach you combine to the head.Unhook them from the control box pull them out through the channel and make sure there are no bare wires.Mice think that is a nice home and like to eat the insulation off the wires.
