It would require you replacing the entire feederhouse on your TR70 to allow the headers to run on it. I might be wrong IF there is conversion kits avaliable for the TR70 feederhouse.
Hi. I talked to a guy who reconditions headers and he said that the feederhouse does not need to be changed for the 970 header. The header itself can easily be modified to fit on TR70 feederhouse. He said that in order to use the 971 head that I would have to put a TR86 feederhouse on. I think I will opt for the 970 header.
