Titan is still considered a court appointed trustee to run the dealership. Maybe they will buy it, maybe not. The bigger issue is the lack of company support through this deal. No communication, nothing. It seems the Keystone Cops are in charge of corporate CNH. They have done an excellent job of Deny, Deny, Deny! The CNH company was so clued into this ordeal prior to their declaration of bankruptcy. They actually waited until monies were transferred from the Walterman account for this bankruptcy proceeding. For crying out loud, they had an "in house" accountant from the company at the Dike store for the last 2 years overseeing everything leon did. He couldn't write a check without their authorization... This is not BS, this is the honest truth. The company is going to sell out the farmer customer for less than 6 million dollars. Thanks CNH! All I can say is, Can't wait til Case-IH crumbles. I can already see AGCO buying this company in the next few years. I can't wait
