sid, your best solution is not to move material around but to get it where you want it to start with. if you are overloading left side you are threashing too late. you need to adjust to get more out of the cage sooner. give us an idea of what set up you have.......p1, p3........any mods and what setting you have. i bet a few adjustments will even things out for you. good luck vstk

Sounds like cylinder constipation for what ever the reason. May be time to pull rotor to check for worn parts. like vstk pointed out you need to give the year of machine or which rotor system you have. Upgrades that are pointed out over in tips section will get you headed the right direction. To answer your question on distribution augers for R60s. There isn't any kit to reduce load on one side or the other. The R60s with P3 could have a couple paddles added toward center of auger but they were just to help relieve stress on auger and would have very little to do with feeding shoe any different.

I have the p3 processor with 4 reverse bars in the rotor. They seem to help on the hillsides. Running a 20' head at 4.5_5mph cylinder speed 650 to 700 and a concave setting of 3 to 4 on the combine scale.

bryan, have never seen the flighting get real thin and sharp, so would be concerned with diameter. Would have to see new one, to get dia. Also check front of auger where mounts in bearing block, very often get very thin there. Have a co. here in MN that makes a nice bearing unit to support augers and still leave block installed.

I'd be interested in the details on that company in MN.
