Found the problem. I checked out four other machines. Two of them were wider than zero by 1_8 to 1_4", one hit zero right on the nose, and one hit zero about .20 to soon. Don't know if this happened when we installed new software or not. We bottom out actuator when predelivering and set the eyebolts. We may have set the EIP but didn't save the new constants and didn't catch it. Reason it did not save the constants is because we did not press the setup button after the OK. Every place I read it said that pressing the OK stores the new constants. I found one place in operators manual that says to press setup to exit setup two mode. Also keep in mind that even though it says MIN and MAX is set it will not store unless you hit OK and then setup. You can not keep going threw setup two to set other constants for it will not remember any of them except the last one and only that one if you hit OK and then setup. Man did this send me on a rat race. You are absolutely right about closer clearance on concave it better. We have found this time and time again with our tough conditions and tender crops. Thanks and catch you later.
