What year machineIJ Are you running draper head when having problemIJ Which chainIJ Whats the condition of chain or chainsIJ Are the slats worn roundedIJ Do you have the good factory 557 chainIJ Do you have the feeder shock kits installedIJ Do you have a rock sump kit installed or do you have the hump fastened to rock doorIJ You don't have one of those old 1"X1" iron bars fastened to rock door do youIJ How about third helical filler across feeder openingIJ Make sure sprockets are properly spaced and locked to shaft. Do you mean chain jumps a tooth or jumps right off of sprocketsIJ Easy way to get chain back on proper tooth is to insert 1_2" drive extention inbetween chain and sprocket where chain is slack. Then turn chain by hand in proper direction until chain jumps back into place and then continue until extention is free. If chain has been allowed to run croaked for some time you may want to loosen all slats and then twist chain opposite direction and then retighten everything. let us know what you got and someone will help you out. Good luck
