I have a set of lucke 9" pans on my 327 head and they work great. The only problem I had installing them was having to grind the sickle section bolts down to get enough clearance for pans to fit properly. The instructions don't come with Gleaner instructions but other than the grinding they go on easy. I had the bottom angle iron punched for 9" and 12" spacing but 9" works great on all oils, rows or solid seeded.

Oh, this would go on a 91' R70 with 30' header, which is similar to the newer 300 series header. As I've mentioned before, only other things I've seen for sunflowers is these wire things that look like milo guards only longer that attach to the sickle guards, and once I saw this big yellow tube shaped thing that was being used in place of the reel, only saw this thing once and never have seen anything like it since, but it was on a IH rotary cutting sunflowers.
