Hello Darren, Yes, I have the "older" style of Sunnybrook rotor, not the new Generation 2 that just came out. That rotor style all I've ever known (R7 is my first Gleaner) but Gleaner, John Deere and Case owners (neighbours) who ride with me comment on it's smoothness and lack of vibration. It also has all forward bars (came this way new) Piggybacking the helicals caused no change in loss, either on the rotor or seive, which was_is extremely low anyway-I did remove the helicals in the "belly" of the separator side as per Sunnybrook's instructions. My R7 also has the Sunnybrook "modified" concave which has significantly more bars and wrap than the standard concave. Also have 4 concave filler blanks in permanently, hasn't caused any increase of cracks_splits in peas (lower than my conventional combine was) and certainly helped in tough wheat and flax (originally ran with only two concave blanks). You will also find that it's virtually impossible to remove concave blanks, unless you're double-jointed and have arms like match-sticks. As stated before, you'll be amazed how much smoother flax and tough wheat flow through, big swaths of immature canola are better than before, but could never be called "smooth" like other crop types. Has your N6 ever had it's concave changedIJ David
