Combines DT 200and225

Had a chance to use a DT-225 this past spring. Ran it about 90 hrs. Very nice handling tractor with plenty of power and fairlyeasy on fuel. I have alate model 9775(cummins). Agco repositioned some operating controls on the 225 that makes it easier to operate,but they need to change the foot throttle because it seems uncomfortable to operate.

The speed of the lift arms up and down is way to slow with a load hitched to it. It takes 7 seconds to get my plow to go down on my DT200. My Agco 9435 tractor will drop the plow down in 1 second.On my 9435 I set the speed of the arms to match my needs. On a DT tractor you only get slow and slower for speed.

That sounds terrible slow. Did you hook another DT to plow or know of someone else with similiar setup to compare withIJ If it took 7 seconds to drop on our machines my phone would be ringing off the hook. Can you set the max lift to a lower point so you are not droping full distance each timeIJ These tractors have been working out very well for us.
