Wold Rim and Wheels makes a good set of duals. The outside rim bolts to the inside rim with a seperate set of bolts on a larger bolt circle. These used to come on the Gleaners from the factory, but I'm not sure now. The number is 800 443 9653. They'll make you a set that will stand up.
