Silver Tech- I may have a factory set of 18.4-42 duals for 30" rows for sale. The dealer we bought them from said they were off a 2001 R-72. The ladder extension and both safety lights are here also. I am located in extreme NE South Dakota. E-mail me if you are interested. gerf123

Silver Tech- We installed these on a 92 R-62. We didn't get the axle risers. The tires run about an inch or a little more from the ladder extension. If you wanted 20.8- 42's you would need the risers. We ran in mud this year and the small clearance wasn't a problem. gerf123

You can increase your clearance easily if you wish with the 18.4s. We just install a shim where the ladder extention butts up against existing support. We also add a horizontal support from left rear of cab (diagnal support there now) to hand railing on the extention. This supports the ladder assembly much better for when big guys jump on. I'm sure your right about the 20.8s unless maybe some creative modifing would make room for them. Take care
