Combines E gleaner year

I do not know about the year but I do know that these are excellent machines. Where I live in northern Oklahoma a model E is rare. I understand that their are at least some parts still availible for these machines, some OEM through a dealer. Though I have never bought parts for a model E I have read on this forum that parts are availible through dealers and problably through aftermarket suppliers I have recently bought OEM parts for my model A, and I know that an E is a newer machine than an A. Good luck.

That E combine is a 1967, the last year the E was made. In 1968 the E111 came out for only one year after that came the K. The improvements on the late E's were built into the E111's and K's. Take a battery and start it and run the machine. Any questions, ask again. Good luck!

I am glad that I can answer some of your questions I enjoy it. email me whenever you want to. I always try to answer questions. I have studied about Gleaners for some time now and I like the older model machines made through the 50's and 60's. I am also trying to learn something about the Gleaners and or A-C machines that were built in England at one time. I know some were built there at a manufacturing plant that Allis Chalmers had there years ago. I have learned that their are some models of these machines that were never sold around here and it really interests me. If you know anything about this or of someone who may know or are just curious yourself I would sure like to know. Thanks.
