Einbock Spring Tine Grass Harrows

What are your thoughts on the Inbock spring tine grass harrows? Are they effective? I'm considering them, a Lely tine harrow, or a rotary hoe for our organic farm. My main concerns are weed control and crop damage.

Einbock is a good unit, good brand if you want to go that route with tine aerators/weeders. I like basket weeders myself because you can change the basket sizes and adjust for your row width. And with basket weeders you aren't hitting the crops with the tines. Basket weeders are pretty cheap too and that's usually my first thought.
