Combines elevator speed slowing with hopper extension

Use the larger sprocket for high speed. As the elevator slows down watch the fan RPM. If it does not go down also, the belt that is slipping is the long one on the right side that goes around the largest pulley. It drives the elevators and the shaker. I would check how it is adjusted. Mike

also tighten the short belt that drives the fan jackshaft. does fan also slow down. if it doesn't than it is the long belt. wee set slipclutch to not under 2.5 in.

iaremec is right but also look at how far the belt is riding inside the pulleys the 6-sided belt needs to stick out of the ele drive jackshaft pulley 1_2 way if you have a new combine close to you go and look

Make sure inclined auger in tank doesn't have worn flitting causing it to overwork the system as gets tank fuller. Check flitting inside tube. End could be fine while worn badly inside the tube.
