remove the four bolts on the flange and the motor mount bolts. you will also have to remove the brace in front of the water pump in order to slide the engine away from the flange and shaft. It takes a loader with a lot of reach to get the engine out I use a backhoe and swing it out with that. not a bad job to get out. the cylinder adjustment shaft has to be moved out of way and the fuel lines need to be unhooked. you might find it easier to pull the fan asembly out so you have some room to work. bearings probably need to be replaced on it anyway.
