If the engine really is stuck on a gas 4400 it is probably not worth messing with. what it would cost to fix the engine is more than the machine is worth. Unless the rest of the machine is in excellent condition, I would push it in the woods. You can buy decent 4400 diesels all day long around here for 5 or $6000. Another thousand or so would probably put you in a 4420. I even heard about an auction in Suffolk, where a 6620 sold for $5500.

I have heard that sometimes you can pour some diesel Fuel or vinager

I am sure there is something you can pour into the cylinders to free up the stuck pistons or rings. I have heard that marvel mystery oil will do that hope this helps..

Believe it or not the best thing to unstick a motor is water. Pull the spark plugs and pour water on top of the pistons and let it sit for several days. If it breaks loose change the oil and crank her up.

Pull the spark plugs and mix Coke and WD-40 together. Pour that into the spark plug holes and let it set for 4 to 5 days. Then if you can get a big pipe wrench on the motor to turn it use that so you don't bust a rod.
