I,my name is Yves and i just repair a 9600 for this trouble,It was the wire n23 under the cabine.The wire was cut between the main board and the upper amphenol plug at the ringt hand of the combine.This wire gringght the current from the main board and the cigar lighter.If you don't have any current at the lighter,the engine will never start.Ther are no spare wire on this harness,so i fish a brand new one wire in insolator and the 9600 is OK. GOOD lUCK YVES
