Had a 2005 R75 8000 flex doing the same thing just days ago. Error code was 12 (left sensor open) and error code 32 (tilt sensor open). Both work with each other. Replaced left sensor and adjusted the linkage to read 1.9-2.4 volts in down position with volt meter hooked onto header left (just below the tilt test pin) and 5volt ground test pins in control panel. Strange thing was I left the voltmeter hooked while cutting to watch voltage up and down to see if it was in limits and the darn thing worked fine. Removed one of the voltmeter leads and it went to acting up again. Hope this makes sence.

common problem is not enough travel for linkage on th lH side. When the sensor arm moves forward it hits the frame brace. Take a grinder and cut back so as to let poteniometer arm travel froward more. Then reset linkage. Try to get the lH to match the RH and they work better for some reason. 1.8 to 3.8 is ideal in the real world. Press and hold header icon til the 'error code' shows then quickly push the up down arrow and it will show lH sensor voltage, then min and max the RH etc as you scroll through the linkages.. The quickest way is to hook a VOM to the panel to the Right behind the seat. Once set, this is a super system. Again, check out the lH frame obstruction, the new ones are notched from the factory as of this months shipment.
