I've been on the keto diet and I've lost quite a bit of weight, but I haven't found an exercise plan that I can stick with. What do you guys do for extra exercise? I do a lot of office work and I need to move around more.
I understand that because I get bogged down in the office way more than I'd like. I've tried to train the staff to handle the books and ordering, but at the end of the day, I just have a hard time letting go. I bought an elliptical machine that fits in the office. I get on it a few times a week and it helps me stay awake and energized.
