you must have a late effective 48201 sn . The transmission sender is locacted on the brake side of the unit and is a small round ceramic sender with one wire . Unscrew the sender and install a low pressure gauge. It clicks at about 5psi . This thing doesn't build a lot of pressure. Put the trans in neutral and run hydro forward- won't pump in reverse! Anything over 5 psi is fine. only thing we have ever found is the strainer needs cleaning due to water contamination. 90-140wt, and oh by the way it ain't low O' oil is sheIJ You can make your hydro live longer by running in first and 3_4 or more speed. There are also a set of change gears for those of you who have older proir 48201 trans. These are located behind the trans brake and can speed up or slow down the trans 14% by swapping gears. Std. trans. come std in high speed, hydro in low speed if my memory serves me correct. Just FYI
