the eccentrics are for HEADER lEVElING ONlY. USUAllY THE lH END OF THE HEADER NEEDS RAISING. Unusual for any leakage out the top as a ventura effect usually is a happening thing here. IF it bothers your machine simply add to the height of the seal.
