Combines F 3 vibration

I have had the same problem with a M3. You generally run higher cylinder speeds with oats , so the vibration is more noticable. Do you have filler bars on your cylinderIJ An older neighbor who has run Gleaners for years told me to take the filler bars out and throw them away. Without them the dirt has a way to get out. I never have put them back in and haven't noticed much difference in performance or grain quality.

filler bars should not be run in wheat or anything other than corn.our advice is do not shut off the seperator while unloading. if you do turn the seperator over by the chopper belt(with machine off) to let the stuff fall off the bars. it helps

The best thing you can do with filler bars is throw them in the scrap pile so you dont even think of using them unless you do some specialty crop that I havent heard of. Whenever shutting off the separator, AlWAYS turn it over by hand a couple of times to shake the dirt off the inside of the bars. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!! I hate out-of-balance vibrations too. Tom in MN

As other posts have said, the filler bars will hold the extra weight inside the cylinder and create vibration. Also the K and F series with the closed concave system will not let the dirt fall away from the cylinder as well. This causes the dirt to get in center of the cylinder faster and unbalance it, thus vibration.
