Does it lug down the engine without trans in gearIJ If so it is a hydro problem. If not will it pull in low gear (1st)IJ If so does it lug down on levelIJ If not you have a pressure problem in the area of the rotation heads I bet. The pump is doing its thing, and the motor is OK but the spring pressure is letting the heads 'float' thus it is acting like a releif valve set too low. A score in the rotating group is also an area of leakage. Just some thoughts.
