plugged walkers will have everything to do with loss, nothing to do with bin sample. What is in the bin you don't want thereIJ

thanks for your reply,i have found a few heads behind the combine,cant really find any grain on the ground,there is an unreal amount of stems and chaff in the grain tank.hardly any grain coming back through the tailings.the combine runs and operates like a champ just got to get this issue worked out.

check the separator fan blades (upper fan - hard to see). check for holes in the lower fan wrapper. Close down the sieve (lower screen) til you do get tailings. Increase air. Check for damaged or loose sieve at the front attachment locations or missing louvers in sieve. Check for damage in slide chutes under sieve blocking tailings flow to conveyor.

Do you have a small grain seive or a corn sieveIJ Corn sieve will put lots of trash in bin when doing small grains.
