locate the stripper plate adjusting bolts. They are the ones that have the lock tabs holding the bolts. One for the top and the other for the bottom. An operators manual has pictures. Keep the top wider by at least 1_8" than the bottom. If they have not been moved in a while take a good dose of patience, and a can of penetrating oil. Work the bolts back and forth while tapping with a hammer. Good luck. Don't twist 'em off. Heat is last resort but usually works.
