On the shaft that goes thru the main slip clutch on each side of the header there is a 17 and 22 tooth double sprocket that slides on the splined part of the shaft. Use the 22 tooth to slow the head down.
you should have a double 13 tooth 60 sprocket and a 15-50 13-60 tooth on the RH side. IF you have a 25 tooth - 13 tooth as drives the 436 wide row , yup you are way overdriving it.
