This is an 82 1_2 machineIJ First there has to be power to the module from the orange wire and the three position switch which is 12 v. One selects either high, med or low which sends power in 9V to the top, middle, or lower spring respectivly. Check the back of the op manual for wiring diagram. Now as the header is up the back brass bar touches the springs which sends 9V back through the BlUE wire to the module. Check connections all the way to the module. We usually find a broke wire in the harness where the throat pivots. This should power the lower valve. As the header lowers the switch pivots rearward and the front bar now touches the springs and 9V is sent through the harness via a RED wire. There is a loop at the plug in to power 2 red wires back to the module which in turn powers the master valve and the raise valve at 12v. If you have an add on unit to a proir to 82 1_2 check the square black relay which powers the module. Voltage into the module properly but no voltage out indicates a rare failure of the module.
