pull the hub cap off and bolt. IF a pipe wrench and gentle tapping will not move the sprocket, remove the belt and force the outer sheave in, then apply heat to the inner hub of the sprocket. IT would be a good time to check the grease pack and setup of then inner bearing at this time. This is a stub or non moving shaft. IF it is pulled back it has had a major belt failure and had bent the stub shaft rearwards. Attaching a strap ( do not score the shaft) and com-a long and attach the front to the header lift cyl front anchor and pull it back square. At the same time there is the other side of this stub or pivot shaft on the other side that has bearings that need to be packed every two seasons.
