we have done this, the whole 'pod' has to be changed incl radiator. belt size had to be matched as flywheel pulley size is different between 6 cyl, 4 cyl and gas. rh side is no problem - hydro and std makes no difference. Switch the main clutch shaft and you can switch to the hydro if you have salvage hydro combine and a lot of time.
