The manual clutch has a ring with several notches in it. There is a clamp that locks in two of the notches that is held in place with a 1_4" bolt. Rotate the clamp to the bottom and loosen the bolt enough so that the clamp will come out of the notches then place a punch against one of the notches and drive the ring counterclockwise with a few hammer hits. Sometimes dust will build up behind the clutch disc causing problems engaging the clutch and you will have to disassemble the clutch to clean it out. Your operator manual has good pictures and instructions to adjust the manual clutch.

RUMBlE can be caused by loose raddle, elevator chains, or bent walker shafts.
