I had great luck with the 4 cyl. and also the 6 make sure you use conditioned antifreeze as the fs didnt have water filters.

explain the failures. luck usually has little to do with it. 4.33I engines will not tolerate overheating (240+degrees) other than that we have had very little problems and we have a bunch out.. BTW a 6 cyl is 20 HP shy of the 433I and about 20 less torque at 2200. Now a 6 cyl turbo with a coresponding pump...... Have to change the entire eng pod w_hyd pump and the main drive belt will have to be matched. We have one of these converted,,, pretty nice.

6 cyl coming in - whole pod. would need twin disc. Two grand. Have a sawmill guy interested but if he hesitates...
