many things, 1st , check the skid shoe under the wobble box. Many have broke. This allows the box to 'tilt' and not push in line w_ the bar. n2 bottom pin is loose in box. Hold the bar and move the belt forward and rearward. There is NO allowable play in any bearing in the box. Each movememnt of the belt will result in lateral movement of the box drive bar. Bottom bearing is general culprit. n3 Worn sections_gaurds n4 running header with variable speed , if equipped, not locked out n5 worn or loose drive bolt_pin in knife head hole n6 sickle out of time if the model with the adjustable head is used, or loose bolts in wobble box that has elongated holes.n7 loose bearings on knife head.
