The feeder house plate angle is measured by lowering the head to field operating position.Then use an angle finder on the back of the head;on the tin work or frame piece,and see how many degrees the head tilts ahead.It should be around 8-10*. As far as the HHC,you have a problem with something in the sensing system hanging up.Maybe a defective pot.
