Combines Feather sheet on 800 flex keep poping out

Check with your dealer, there is a wider strip (in front of the feather sheet)that replaces the original. It's about 1_4" wider and will solve the popping out problem. It came in as a dealer update a year or so ago. Check your arm hanger link under the spot that's giving you trouble also.

I was having problems in one area of cutter bar with feather board coming out, by adjusting hangers underneath to line up cutter bar (eliminating sag at area where it was popping out),problem was eliminated. Details in header operators manual.

Good point about the operator manual. Seems that since we have cell phones and the internet nobody reads the op. man. lots of good self help info in there.
